Viki has more than 25 years of experience building practices, and architecting and implementing fit for
purpose, elegant solutions for highly complex organizations. Originally from the UK, Viki started working in
Oklahoma 11 years ago. Today it’s home, and from 2015 to 2017 Viki was the Location Managing Director for
Accenture’s Oklahoma business. In her tenure as the first location lead for the State, Viki doubled the size of
the practice by revenue and developed a portfolio of ten clients across the Energy, Utilities, Government and
Food Service sectors. In 2021 Viki was asked to lead our Oracle practice across our South region. In this role,
Viki is responsible for all aspects of our Oracle business; client satisfaction, sales, revenue, and our people.
Beyond this, Viki is globally sought-after as a problem solver and has led transformation projects in North
America, Europe and Asia - her client work recently has been focused on leadership at some of our largest
programs.

Outside of the office Viki is a proud member of Leadership Oklahoma’s Class 31, a passionate Board Member
of the YWCA of OKC, and a past mentor for the Women in Energy Network of Oklahoma. A keen mountaineer,
Viki has climbed all over the world, undertaking expeditions to peaks in the Himalaya, the Americas and
Europe including ‘The Balcony’ at over 26,000ft on Everest. Closer to home, music is a big part of Viki’s life.
She is a cellist & a lover of a wide variety of musical genres. And dogs. Viki is dog mad and a proud ‘human
factotum’ to Ted, Suzy, Odi and Henry – her four, much loved and very naughty, rescue dogs.
Viki is proud to be a Managing Director at Accenture having started her career in the organization when it
was known as Andersen Consulting back in 1997. She holds a MA Hons from St Andrews University in
Scotland in English and Mediaeval History.
