Marci is the Manager of IT Risk, Compliance, & Privacy for Paycom, an online payroll and HR solution. She leads teams responsible for IT compliance, IT risk management, enterprise data governance, and business resiliency. She joined Paycom in August 2022, bringing with her over a decade of IT advisory and cybersecurity experience. Previously, she was a Senior Manager with Stinnett & Associates and an IT Security Product Manager for the State of Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

She is a 2010 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a BBA in Management Information Systems and a BA in Criminology-Sociology. She is a member of Sunbeam Family Services Board of Directors, University of Oklahoma Price College of Business Board of Advisors, ISACA, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Oklahoma Women in Tech (OKWIT), Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Oklahoma Infragard Chapter, and Chi Omega Alumni Association. She has previously been honored as an Oklahoma NextGen Under 30 Award Recipient.
