Michelle Jarrett is a technology leader who has a passion for aligning the delivery of IT Services with the needs of the Business.  In her current role, she and her team are building the foundation of ITSM with focus on Change, Incident, Configuration, Request and Event Management. 

Prior to joining Love’s, Michelle spent over 26 years in the Oil and Gas Industry with both Devon Energy and Enable Midstream Partners where she served in various capacities including Business Partner, Manager of IT Excellence and Manager of Business Systems.

Michelle has a bachelor’s in journalism (Radio & Television) from Oklahoma State University where she was a member of Golden Key and interned at the Educational Television Services (ETS).  While her degree is outside of the Computer Science and MIS realms, she credits her communication and organizational skills to her studies and her first job out of college working for a computer training video company.

She is passionate about providing youth opportunities to learn and grow. She has been active in the intern/recruitment initiatives at both Devon and Love’s.  She also is a Reading Buddy at Ridgeview Elementary School in OKC.

Michelle is a member of Oklahoma Women in Technology (OKWIT) and enjoys being involved with the OKWIT Fall STEM Retreat and teaching students about career opportunities in STEM.
