With over two decades of management experience spanning diverse IT disciplines, Jayme is an accomplished Information Technology leader.  Her expertise lies in directing teams to navigate technical initiatives while upholding customer service and governance standards.  Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Vital Energy, a natural gas and oil company, Jayme is no stranger to leadership roles.  In her 14-year tenure as the Director of Infrastructure at SemGroup Corporation, she had responsibility for a global network, multiple data centers, and customer experience while developing the Cybersecurity Program.  Additionally, she spent 13 years of her career at Williams holding various management positions.  Jayme has a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Computer Systems from Oklahoma State University.  She also finds delight in pursuits outside of work.  Photography, mountain exploration, and quality moments with her family and two English Setters are among her cherished pastimes.
