Centralized insider risk management programs at an organizational level often engage individual business units to encourage them to join, support, and promote the organization-wide effort to detect, mitigate, and respond to potential threats from trusted insiders. This presentation suggests tips for program leadership to establish a strategy for engaging and communicating program goals, strategies, and benefits to the business unit as well as reminding the program team to listen for, and respond to, common concerns and objections.
